In Store Return Policy

We do not accept returns of opened/used/unsealed products.

In store purchases are only eligible for exchanges, and no refunds. Please bring your original receipt of purchase along with the product within 21 days of purchase to exchange for merchandise of equal or more value. 

 

Return Policy for Online Orders

We do not accept returns of opened/used/unsealed products.

Please contact us for a return label through emails at info@myperfumeshop.ca. Orders may be returned up to 7 days from the date you received the package for a full refund minus shipping cost (both ways). If you would like to return a product from your order, simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a timely refund upon the receiving the return. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from your refund. Please note, we do not accept returns for any of our products once opened. There may be a restocking fee of up to 30% if the box is not returned in its original condition. If you would like to return an online purchase in person at our location, please bring a print out of your order along with the product.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee all products are 100% authentic. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.

Return Policy for Decants

We do not accept returns of the 5ml or 9ml decants.
  
Please note that perfume decants are not eligible for returns due to their custom made nature. As perfume decants are made to order to meet your specific requirements, they cannot be returned or exchanged once the purchase has been completed. We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of each decant, and thus, we are unable to accept returns for these items. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, such as damage during transit or an incorrect item received, please contact our customer support within 4 days of receiving the package. We will gladly assist you in resolving any concerns related to shipping or fulfillment errors.
