Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We will refund or exchange if the product you are returning is in the same condition you received i.e. unopened and unused within 7 days from the date of receiving. In order to return you will email support@fragranceprime.ca to obtain approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Make sure merchandise is unopened, in its original condition and properly packaged to ship. You are welcome to keep gift or samples you get with purchase.

In the case item is damaged, please contact us immediately, so we can start a damage claim as soon as possible. Once you have reported the problem you will be receiving instructions to return the product along with information about providing you with an item in perfect conditions. Contemplate that we ship your merchandise in its best condition; however, damages during shipment process can occur.

If the product has been opened already and you still want to issue a return you will be charged with 20% of original price product.
